Malgudi @ Section 16, Petaling Jaya

I actually enjoy looking those galleries hanging around. According to the owner, each and every gallery inside Malgudi portraits the life of Malaysian in early days.

And also some Indian elements decoration in it!

The drinks we ordered:

Ada enjoy-nya life punya feel tak? ^_^

Mooru is their signature drink. Made with fresh mango, this drink suit for those who have digestive issue like yours truly here.

Another Malgudi's signature drink was their Heogaarden ROSE. Hand-brewed by the crew to enhance your dining experience here.

- FOOD -

In Malgudi, you've got the opportunity to experience Thali Meal, a traditionally eaten with your fingers. While your right hand job is for eating only, use your left hand for pouring the curries onto your rice and to grasp your drinking glass.

Rice are placed at the central, spread evenly, followed by different curries and vegetables were placed side by side. With your fingers, mix the sauces in with the rice to get a good spread throughout the rice.

Pardon yours truly being a typical Malaysian here who refuse to use her fingers on food.

What a flavourful curry they had. It just added more flavours in my plain ol rice!

The sauce was finger-licking good, left no reason for vege-hatre to reject this!

A must-try briyani rice! It was so good till there was no leftover despite this is consider a second bowl of rice.

If you're looking for something plain to pair with your rice, try this!

Being fooled by its appearance but it's actually a deep fried cauliflower. For a moment I thought it was another kind of meat. Nevertheless, the cauliflower was cooked perfectly well!

Big loveee to this! The combination of ginger and chicken were just perfect!

It maybe plain but I enjoy its crisp texture.

And if you want to have flavour, how about try with butter?

Or garlic cheese? (My favourite!!)

Sauce that pairs with the naan.

From the outlooks, environment, its top-notch service, to foods, all has been prepared thoughtfully by the owner. Definitely a place that worth your definition of "semi-fine dining"!
